तराईमा पाउने लोकता ( तुलसीको जस्तै बूटा हुने ) को डाँठ उमालेर त्यसको झोल
 खाएमा ब्लड-प्रेशर धेरै हदसम्म  कण्ट्रोल हुन्छ । यो ब्लड-प्रेशरका रोगीहरुकोलागि
अति उत्तम औषधी हो ।
अन्य खानेकुराहरू:
सिस्नोको साग, सागपातहरू; अदुवा; मेथी; गहुँ, कोदो, जौ आदि खस्रा फाइबर युक्त पीठो र त्यसबाट बनेका परिकारहरु; अमला (Indian goose-berry), तीते करेला, नीमको आलो पात, घिउकुमारी, लौकाको जुस, त्रिफला, हर्रो, बर्रो आदि
